PATH of ORIENTATION

2-6 sessions, each lasting 50 minutes

We’ll get to know each other. We’ll find out where you are and what your needs are. I’ll help you establish a connection with yourself and teach you to perceive and listen. The goal is for you to allow yourself to say what troubles you and to gain clarity about what’s blocking you. Together, we will find your ‘crossroads’ (naming the fears / barriers / negative feelings) of all possible paths and directions. THE JOURNEY – sharing and finding the crossroads of DIRECTIONS.

If you want to embark on further exploration of where the various paths of your crossroads can lead you, I will then help you explore routes (individual solutions) so that you can confidently choose one of the possible paths and try to enter it. With confidence and freedom.

WALKING and TALKING

If you find it easier to open up and connect while moving, I offer the option of longer consultations in the form of a walk. For these sessions, I use two peaceful parks in Prague, providing a calm and natural setting for our conversation.
